I have been a loyal customer at my current bank for more that fifteen years, and the reason is that they give great service.  Whatever I ask them to do - and at whatever time of day - they are there and it will be done.  My bank does not close, they are there twenty four hours a day so i can ring up and make changes to my checking account whenever I feel the need.
